Do I need to run 13 miles before a half marathon?
There is no need to run the full length before the big day, in fact by following our training plan the longest run in the lead up to race day is 10 miles.
How to run a half marathon 1 25?
Follow our guide of course! But you need to be aiming for a pace of about 6:29 minutes per mile, or 4:02 km.
